At a recent cooking class held by Tassal at Sydney Seafood School Sydney Social 101 learnt how to make super tasty almond crusted salmon bites. And let me tell you, you won’t be able to stop at one or two or even three pieces. They are that good! We were then sent home with ingredients to make a mouth-watering salmon pasta. Not only was the salmon pasta quick and easy to make (even I could follow the recipe) it also left me wishing I had worn something a little more loose fitting as I just wanted to keep eating it! Yum!
