InterContinental Sydney Supper Club takes Easter cocktails to new heights

Renowned Bars Manager, John Toubia, has collaborated with the hotel’s onsite pastry team to create the Barney’s Egg cocktail in honour of the Easter festivities – an extravagant art piece served in a chocolate Easter egg with a basket of edible flowers. The Barney’s Egg is a swirl of Havana seven-year-old rum, Baileys, salted caramel, hazelnut bitters and milk, served with your very own Nutella pot. Available exclusively to Supper Club, your cocktail experience is heightened by uninterrupted views spanning Sydney’s Harbour – from the Harbour Bridge to Opera House and Royal Botanic Gardens – atop the level 32 rooftop terrace.
