World Heritage listed Cockatoo Island, which lies in the middle of Sydney Harbour, welcomes Contained to Bolt Wharf. Formed through the use of innovative structures, materials and art, Contained is an activity hub housing a restaurant, bar, event space, an urban farm and bespoke accommodation.
Travelling to Sydney from Perth, the Contained concept was created by duo Anatoly Mezhov and Irene Polo of whom lay claim to both Contained, converted shipping containers providing luxury boutique accommodation and The Mantle, an activity hub in the East End of Fremantle.
EAT – Don Tapa is Contained Sydney’s pop-up restaurant. Combining South American and traditional Australian produce the food is bound to excite, satisfy & impress as it fuses unique intercontinental Indigenous flavours. If selecting from the Latin Street Eats, Grilled Veg and Meats or the Cheese and Charcuterie selection is too hard, let Don feed your group with a set shared style menu for $60 per person.
