Warm your soul this winter and experience a taste of the South with Cruise Bar’s first ever ‘Quayside Comfort’ event this winter. In partnership with Kentucky bourbon whiskey brand, Bulleit Frontier Whiskey, from the 6th July – 31st August diners can indulge in a limited edition food & beverage menu, inspired by flavours from the Deep South.

Cosy up in Cruise Bar’s transformed courtyard space with harbour views and Head Chef, Patrick Haney’s loaded French fries – complete with Bulleit Bourbon gravy, cheddar, charred onions, bacon and shallot toppings. For those with a sweet tooth you can’t go past the succulent, ‘Sweet Home Chicken’. Crispy fried with an upgrade of Bulleit Rye-infused honey sauce coated on top, it’s finger-licking, delicious and a must-try. Guaranteed to warm you from the inside out, you can’t go past Grandma Mary’s hearty chicken and veggie stew, topped with cloud like, fluffy dumplings.

If you’re a dessert queen, then it’s time to meet the king! Cruise Bar’s drool-worthy Fat Elvis dessert features extravagant vanilla bean pudding, lashings of peanut butter, Bulleit Bourbon whipped cream, chocolate cookie crumbs, banana pieces and candied bacon.

To compliment the winter menu, Cruise Bar has also put their own twist on a selection of classic cocktails. For a little added heat, try the spicy the Bulleit Rye Manhattan. For all the bacon lovers out there, try the Bloody Mary, which is topped off with a strip of bacon.
